At Modibodi we are committed to changing the habits and use of disposable products, we encourage and advocate for sustainable living at all levels, even if it’s just one small change at a time. It’s the little things we do that can make a big difference! I have lived with these migraines since I was 18 and I know what the trigger is, my period. Like clockwork, one or two days before I get my period I will get a migraine. I’ve learnt to manage the pain the best I can, getting to a dark room and taking meds so I can drift off into a sleep. Since switching to Modibodi I have felt that at least the rest of my period won’t be as bad. When I’m wearing them some days I completely forget I have my period - so once I get past the migraine stage it’s smooth sailing!

This is what it's like to live with a new partner during the lockdown.
As soon as you start working at Modibodi you are giving a few pairs of underwear to take home (especially if you're not already a user - gasp!). As it's important to make sure the whole team has a first hand experience and understands how the technology works. This is Nic's recount of when she[...]
For many people, working out while they have their period is enough to consider retiring from exercise for good. However - this is actually no reason at all to stop working out completely; it can be a great mood booster and help ease some of those pesky period pains and stomach bloats. Our acti[...]
Our day starts at 7am when Rex wakes up although I don’t sit down at the desk until 9am and somehow I’m already exhausted. I’ve had to stop myself from having a second coffee so I don’t get too jittery.
